Bridon American Corporation is headquartered in Wilkes Barre, PA (Hanover Township). The Wire Mill at the 

Hanover Township location manufactures carbon steel wire. The Rope Mill at the Exeter, PA location

manufactures wire rope.  The Fabricated Products Division at the Oakland City, IN location fabricates wire 

rope and strand assemblies.

Bridon American is committed to the prevention of pollution and achieving appropriate corporate, industrial, local, state and federal regulatory and legal requirements.  We will develop and promote efficient, environmentally friendly processes and procedures and continuously seek ways of improving efficiency in order to minimize the consumption of materials, energy and minimize waste and harmful emissions.  We will seek to recycle and reuse materials in order to minimize disposal and waste.

Bridon American will set continuous improvement targets on a regular basis, based on risk assessments and other factors. Reviews will be undertaken to identify progress towards these targets and set further targets for subsequent periods.

This environmental policy and environmental targets and objectives will be reviewed as part of the management review process and are communicated internally.  This policy is available to the public and other interested parties on request.
